Thought I would drop you a line and tell you the new lower denture seems to be working just fine. A few minor sore spots of course, but nothing I can’t work through myself at this time. The clips seem to be working great also.
Thanks again for helping me through this procedure. I am a big believer in the laser procedure you used to clear up the infection. I don’t think I would have been ready for the new plate at this time if you have not recommended the laser procedures.

For two years I was considering getting an implant to replace a broken bridge. A friend recommended a doctor who she described as an innovator in using laser technology to perform implant surgeries, which was Dr. Kelly. Prior to consulting Dr. Kelly, I was told by another dentist that I would need a bone graft in order to replace that bridge, which would have been a more expensive, uncertain, and lengthier process. Dr. Kelly was able to perform the implant without the bone graft, and for a very reasonable price. Both during and after the surgery, the pain was surprisingly minimal and tolerable. There were no problems during the recovery process. The laser technology has lived up to its promise of a fast recovery and less pain. I am extremely satisfied with the resulting teeth, they function and look wonderful. Everyone we’ve met at Dr. Kelly’s office was very helpful; they seem to be an excellent team!!
To Dr Kelly and the entire staff at Rushmore Dental, in Rapid City, South Dakota, I just wanted to make sure I had it on record, how wonderful I think you have all been. As you are all aware I came to you with years of neglected dental problems. Previous bad, painful and hospitalizing experiences had developed in too a serious fear and avoidance of all things dental. Finally with no other choice my husband found you folks. The experience has been nothing short of a miracle, and I don’t use that word lightly. The shame of my previous neglect was an emotional issue I had to deal with in addition to the work that needed and needs to be done. Yet each visit has been an experience I will tell friends about for years, you have treated me with respect, restored my confidence in your profession and given me hope for a future free of dental pain. Your skills, procedures, patience and understanding have truly made all my trips to your office a wonderful experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will tell people it is worth flying into Rapid City from anywhere in the country just to have your staff take care of their dental problems. If the rest of my dental needs this year go as well as the last year and half has gone – I am sure on my grave stone they will carve “and she liked his dentistâ€.
I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly and staff for over fifteen years. I drive 400 miles to see him. I am very impressed with the service that both he and his staff provide. He not only takes the time to answer any questions that you have but his friendly staff provides the personal touch on each visit. The thing that impresses me the most is his medical knowledge and cutting edge technology with dental equipment. The last cavity I had filled required no shots and I left without the feeling of a fat lip, pretty impressive! If you are looking for a new dentist or tired of your current one, Dr. Kelly is the right choice.

I had a very positive experience on my first visit to your office. Everyone was friendly and professional and I was impressed with the call back several hours after my appointment to see how I was doing.
